Measuring Employee Pulse
Overview
Businesses need to keep track of the challenges faced by employees as they work in remote settings so that their work-related needs can be met. There are a number of ways in which companies can measure employee pulse. These can either be issue-specific or more broad-based to get employee feedback and insight on their own experience of the company. Surveys for regular check-ins and qualitative mechanisms can provide a wealth of information on employee attitudes and experiences, giving companies the insights to make changes where required.
